Trinity Care provides customised services, including all levels of care, dementia and respite care, as well as rehabilitation therapy. We provide care to elders who have been officially assessed for residential or respite care by the Aged Care Assessment Service (ACAS).

Long-Term Care

This type of care is ideal for elders who choose to live with us for an extended period of time or even decide to make Trinity Care their permanent home. Our staff members are determined to create a suitable home environment for every elder, and we make sure that our residents’ preferences are taken care of, giving them the freedom of choice.
Respite Stay
Dementia Care

Our dementia care unit specialises in providing for the needs of elders with cognitive impairments, such as Alzheimer’s disease and dementia. This safe and secure living area is equipped with smart room technology, located on Garden Court, and has an interior walking track as well as a courtyard garden. The objects and overall layout are designed to offer sensory cues and/or effectively control stimuli for people living with dementia.
Rehabilitation Therapy

Extensive rehabilitation therapy is available to elders who stay with us, regardless if it’s a short or long-term arrangement. Our residents have access professionally trained physical, speech, and occupational therapists. Also, elders who need intensive therapies for recovery before their return home may access our programs.

Our therapy sessions are tailored to the specific needs and abilities of the elders. In addition, our diverse and creative therapists facilitate cooking clubs, garden walks, and other mind-stimulating activities.

We also offer restorative therapy and assistance with daily living—both part of our therapy services umbrella. Elders need to be active for as long and as frequent as possible, and our goal is to help them achieve that kind of conducive lifestyle.
